Job Title: Senior Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to oversee and enhance our fast-paced sales operations. This role will be pivotal in managing a high-performing sales team and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company objectives and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Lead a team of sales associates, setting performance targets, providing coaching and training, and conducting performance reviews to ensure team success.
  • Implement revenue-generating initiatives to increase sales, acquire new clients, and retain existing customers.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform data-driven sales decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and needs are met.
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to senior management, tracking progress towards goals and identifying areas for process improvement.
Requirements:
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of revenue growth and team leadership.
  • Strong team leadership and management skills, with the ability to set goals, coach, and develop team members.
  • Ability to analyze market data and make informed sales decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools, with a strong understanding of technology's role in sales.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to track sales figures, identify areas for improvement, and develop effective solutions.
