Job Title: Senior Sales and Marketing Director

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales management and personal sales skills
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, lead, and motivate sales teams
  • Strong strategic planning and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of the national and international Agricultural/Horticultural and/or Home and Garden markets
  • Demonstrable track record of product sales and strong sales growth
