Retail Store Supervisor Job Description

Jaura Group Inc. seeks a Retail Store Supervisor to lead our team in a fast-paced retail environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, hiring and training new employees, establishing work schedules, and preparing sales reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
  • Establish work schedules
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain inventory
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
