Are you a compassionate and skilled Registered Practical Nurse looking for a challenging opportunity to provide exceptional nursing care in a variety of long term and acute care facilities in the Kingston area?

We are currently seeking highly professional and experienced RPNs to join our team at RhynoCare, where you will have the chance to earn above-average wages with travel compensation and accommodation.

This position involves working in a fast-paced environment with consistent hours and a set schedule until further notice. As an RPN at RhynoCare, you will be responsible for providing nursing care in accordance with established policy, physician's orders, and within the scope of practice of an RPN.

You will utilize sound nursing practice principles to ensure the delivery of excellent nursing and personal care in the assigned home area(s). Your duties will include ensuring timely and accessible admission for residents, conducting comprehensive orientations, and handling resident transfers and discharges safely.

In addition to your clinical skills, you must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently or as part of a team. You will also need to maintain accurate records and adhere to protocols related to medications and narcotics.

Key requirements for this role include active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario, valid BLS certification, proof of current immunizations, and a current Vulnerable Sector Police Check.
