At Helios Retail Consulting Limited, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. They will also have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures
- Delegating work to office support staff
- Establishing work priorities and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Coordinating and planning for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
- Assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
- Overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures
- Monitoring and evaluating
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of computer and technology knowledge, including electronic mail, spreadsheet, and MS Office. They will also have excellent security and safety skills, including being bondable. Additionally, they will have the ability to work independently, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
