Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our Patient Services team at McKesson's Corporate. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our patient support program, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks and activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide cross-functional administrative support to the patient support program, including data entry, filing, and communication management.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our database systems, maintaining high-quality data integrity.
  • Manage inbound and outbound communication, including email and phone correspondence.
  • Execute other administrative duties as assigned, including report preparation, data analysis, and meeting coordination.
  • Resolve routine questions and problems, providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Process work, prioritize tasks, and organize to meet objectives in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Follow standard procedures to accomplish assigned tasks, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Proficiency in computer software technology, including Microsoft Office and database management systems.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare environment is an asset.
What We Offer

We are proud to offer a competitive compensation package, including a base pay range of $34,500 - $54,100. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.
