Job Summary

The Administration Assistant/Patient Services Associate plays a vital role in our patient support program. This position requires a detail-oriented individual to provide administrative/data entry support for patient enrolment, safety reporting, and communication management. The successful candidate will work closely with the PSP team to provide organizational support and ensure the highest quality and continuity of client care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide cross-functional administrative support to the PSP programs, including data entry, communication management, and report generation.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our database systems.
  • Manage inbound faxes and email communication effectively.
  • Execute other administrative duties as assigned.
  • Resolve routine questions and problems.
  • Prioritize tasks, organize, and plan to meet objectives in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Follow standard procedures to accomplish assigned tasks.
  • Perform patient registration activities according to program protocols and departmental policies.
  • Review, analyze, and validate information provided by patients and healthcare professionals for accuracy and completeness.
  • Follow program protocols to ensure continuity of service delivery.
  • Process data entry activities of pertinent information received during program services.
  • Participate in reimbursement or other program-related research activities as assigned.
  • Receive, record, and report Adverse Events according to program working instructions.
  • Participate in departmental continuous improvement activities related to process, quality, and training.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • University or College degree in Life Sciences, Communication, or related field considered an asset.
  • Proficiency in computer software technology (e.g., Microsoft Office, Salesforce or other CRMs).
  • Knowledge or background in medical terminology, healthcare environment, reimbursement landscape, therapeutic, product-related knowledge, and administration considered an asset.

In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities, may be offered.

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$34,500 - $54,100
