Role: Appointment Coordinator

Job Summary:

Fastfrate Group is seeking a skilled Appointment Coordinator to join our team in Winnipeg, MB. As an Appointment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless customer experiences by coordinating appointments, responding to customer inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate appointments with customers via phone, email, or customer portals
  • Respond to customer queries regarding shipment status and provide timely updates
  • Prepare and update reports for customers
  • Perform other duties as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good computer literacy, including MS Office
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to organize, schedule, and follow instructions
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
