About the Job:
Challenger Motor Freight Inc. is seeking a skilled Appointment Coordinator to join our team in Winnipeg, MB. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless customer experiences by providing exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipment status, pickups, and other logistics-related matters
- Coordinate appointments with customers through phone, email, or customer portals
- Trace shipments as required and provide updates to customers
- Prepare and update reports for customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Perform other duties as required to support the team and achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role or similar industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Good computer literacy, including MS Office, and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of transportation and container industry is an asset
- Must have reliable transportation, as public transportation is not available

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
