About the Job:

Fastfrate Group is seeking a skilled Appointment Coordinator to join our team in Winnipeg, MB. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless customer experiences by providing timely and accurate information regarding shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipment status, pickups, and other related matters
  • Coordinate appointments with customers via phone, email, or customer portals
  • Trace shipments as required and prepare reports for customers
  • Perform other duties as necessary to support the team's goals

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of the transportation industry is an asset
  • Must have reliable transportation as the role requires frequent travel
