About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Appointment Coordinator to join our team at Fastfrate Group in Winnipeg, MB. As an Appointment Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless communication with our customers, arranging appointments, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance customer relationships by providing top-notch customer service and resolving queries in a timely manner
- Arrange appointments with customers via phone, email, or customer portals
- Trace shipments as required and prepare reports for customers
- Perform other duties as required to support the team
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good computer literacy, including MS Office
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and under pressure to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of the transportation industry is an asset
