We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Alliance Trade & Commerce. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, answering telephone calls and messages, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone calls and messages
  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Greet clients and direct them to the appropriate contact

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be responsible for typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents. Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
