Experienced Ethnic Food Cook Wanted

We are seeking an experienced ethnic food cook to join our team at Indian Curry House. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as training staff in food preparation and handling.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.
- Staff Training: Train staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling techniques to ensure consistency and quality.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient ordering and minimize waste.
- Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment with staff accommodation available.
- Transportation: Public transportation available.
