Ethnic Food Cook

We are seeking a skilled Ethnic Food Cook to join our team at Ramen Arashi. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including stocks, soups, and sauces, as well as meat, poultry, and game, and fish and seafood.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, and ensure that all food is presented in a clean and appealing manner.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they are clean and well-maintained, and train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
- Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean kitchen and work areas to the highest standards, and ensure that all equipment is properly sanitized.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
- Language: English.
