Ramen Arashi is seeking a skilled Ethnic Food Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring high-quality standards and presentation.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, taking into account their dietary needs and preferences.
- Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our customers and staff.
- Staff Training and Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment, maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean kitchen and work areas, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
We are looking for a specialist with expertise in Japanese cuisine, with a focus on stocks, soups, and sauces, as well as meat, poultry, and game, and fish and seafood.
