As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing personnel-related data, maintaining registration systems, and providing excellent customer service to clients and the public. Your duties will include storing, updating, and retrieving personnel data, managing the personnel information database, and preparing reports. You will also be responsible for arranging job postings, screening applicants, and conducting reference checks. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage personnel-related data and maintain accurate records
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients and the public
* Prepare reports and maintain databases

**Requirements:**

* College diploma or equivalent
* 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in human resources
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
