Nakiska Winter Sports School Assistant Director
Position Overview
The Nakiska Winter Sports School is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the role of Assistant Director. As a key member of the Senior Management team, you will play a vital role in supporting the overall management of the school's operations.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the Winter Sports School, ensuring a high-quality guest experience and maintaining staff well-being.
Work closely with Senior Management to uphold and enhance the quality of the snow school, leading daily meetings with staff and providing clear instructions and updates.
Organize, delegate, and manage responsibilities for Instructors, Lead staff, and Sales staff, supporting staff in achieving performance goals and promoting success and professional development.
Key Skills and Qualifications
Proven leadership and supervisory experience, preferably within a ski or snowboard school setting.
Strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Exceptional communication and active listening skills, with the ability to motivate and support staff in a high-performance environment.
Minimum Level 2 internationally recognized certification(s) in ski/snowboard instruction required.
