Nakiska Winter Sports School Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Winter Sports School Supervisor to join our team at Nakiska Resort. As a key member of our snow school operations team, you will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the Winter Sports School operation, ensuring consistency and high levels of staff well-being, and supporting the quality control of the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support all aspects of the Winter Sports School operation, including staff management, guest service, and mountain safety.
  • Ensure consistency and high levels of staff well-being, including training and development opportunities.
  • Support the quality control of the guest experience, including monitoring and improving service standards.
  • Work with Senior Management to sustain and develop the quality of the snow school.
  • Fulfill all duties delegated by the leadership team, including organizing and providing training and guidance to instructors.
  • Ensure performance goals are set and met in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Previous supervising experience in a ski or snowboard school environment.
  • Minimum level 1 internationally recognized qualification(s) in ski and/or snowboard instruction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and guests.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer service and guest satisfaction.
