About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at DELTA GOLF COURSE (2015) LTD. as a key member of our retail operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 retail salespersons and sales clerks, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
  • Merchandise Management: Order merchandise and authorize returns, ensuring that our store remains stocked with the latest products and trends.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Customer Service: Sell merchandise, provide excellent customer service, and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Work Setting: Fast-paced retail environment with a focus on customer service and sales performance.
  • Work Conditions: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with the ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliable, and a team player.
