About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at The Fitness Fanatics Nutrition & Supplements inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign Sales Teams to Duties: Effectively allocate sales staff to optimize customer service and sales performance.
  • Authorize Returns: Process customer returns and exchanges in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Prepare Sales Reports: Generate detailed reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve Customer Issues: Address customer complaints, requests, and supply shortages in a professional and timely manner.
  • Supervise Sales Staff: Coordinate and direct the activities of sales workers to ensure seamless store operations.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: Previous experience in retail management is an asset.
  • Work Term: Permanent position.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
