About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at The Fitness Fanatics Nutrition & Supplements inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring a smooth and efficient retail environment.
  • Customer Service: Authorize returns of merchandise, resolve customer complaints, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Inventory Management: Work with the team to manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with team members, customers, and management to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
