- Metrics Analysis: Analyze metrics to optimize automation systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions.
- Tech Evaluation: Evaluate new technologies and software products to determine their feasibility and desirability within our company's products.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Source-control administration: Experience with source-control tools such as Git.
- Configuration Management: Strong understanding of configuration management and continuous integration/deployment principles.
- Cloud deployments: Experience with cloud deployments using platforms like AWS or GCP.
- Container technologies: Proficiency in container technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, or Rancher.
- Infrastructure automation tools: Familiarity with infrastructure automation tools like Helm, Terraform, or Maven.
- Monitoring Tools: Knowledge of monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, or Tracing.
- System administration: Experience with system administration, particularly with OSX or Linux.

- Base Salary: A competitive base salary, ranging from $115,100 to $161,200 per annum, depending on location (e.g., Vancouver vs. Victoria).
