Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Art Gallery Assistant Manager to join our team at All In The Wild Photography Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing public relations and promotional programs, evaluating daily operations, and implementing new strategies and programs touching public relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement public relations and promotional programs to increase gallery visibility and attendance.
  • Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement new strategies and programs to improve public relations and customer service.
  • Perform clerical activities, such as manual and electronic filing and record payments received.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including supervising staff and recruiting new talent.
  • Develop and administer policies and programs to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability.
  • Act as liaison between staff and management to address wellness issues and provide support.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and promote sales to existing clients.
  • Identify and solicit potential clients to increase sales and revenue.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a related field, such as sales and marketing or visual arts administration.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and relevant certifications.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
