Job Title: Art Gallery Manager Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Art Gallery Manager Assistant to join our team at All In The Wild Photography Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of our art gallery, including supervising staff, developing public relations and promotional programs, and implementing new strategies and programs touching public relations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise staff and provide guidance on daily tasks and projects
* Develop and implement public relations and promotional programs to increase gallery attendance and sales
* Evaluate daily operations and make recommendations for improvement
* Implement new strategies and programs touching public relations
* Perform clerical activities, such as manual and electronic filing and record payments received
* Plan and organize daily operations, including event planning and execution
* Recruit and train staff as needed
* Develop and administer policies and programs to ensure smooth gallery operations

Requirements:

* 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
* Valid driver's license
