We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Talent Manager to join our team at Fitzrovia, a vertically integrated development and asset manager focused on Class-A and vintage-style apartment buildings across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and Montreal.

Fitzrovia provides best-in-class development, construction, property, and asset management with a focus on design, active lifestyle management, and exceptional customer service. We partner with public institutions, pension funds, and high net worth investors who have a bias towards long-term cash flow generating assets.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field. CHRP or CHRL is an asset. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a management capacity is required, with previous real estate, construction, property management, and/or client service experience being an asset. Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is also considered an asset.

Key responsibilities will include developing and managing Fitzrovia's campus recruitment program, including managing the Intern and New Graduate programs. The candidate will also design and post HR-centric content for LinkedIn and social media, manage candidate communication, build and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, and assist in the administration of Fitzrovia's Performance Management program.
