Overview
RhynoCare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Grimsby-area.
We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.
About the Role
This role involves providing high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans to meet the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans for residents
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and education programs
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor of Science – Nursing (BScN), Bachelor of Nursing (BN), or equivalent
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
- Basic computer proficiency
- Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
