Job Overview

Bayshore HealthCare is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our team in the Niagara region. As a Visiting Nurse, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care to clients in their homes, including wound care, IV therapy, and health teaching.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop effective care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements:

  • Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Up-to-date immunization records and vulnerable sector check.
