Procurement Specialist

Elby Professional Recruitment Inc is seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the procurement team, you will be responsible for negotiating and developing contracts/long-term agreements, sourcing new suppliers/buyers, and ensuring compliance with required legislation.
Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and develop contracts/long-term agreements
- Source new suppliers/buyers
- Ensure compliance with required legislation
- Track orders and ensure on-time delivery
- Maintain and monitor records surrounding services and products
- Develop strategies for cost reductions and improvements
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a purchasing role
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management) preferred
- ERP experience
- Self motivated and an independent worker
