Job Description

Bayshore HealthCare is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in providing high-quality care to clients in their homes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing clients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Clinical Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address clients' needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordinate services.
  • Document client progress and treatment plans in accordance with Bayshore HealthCare's policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Masters Degree or recognized equivalent in Occupational Therapy.
  • Registered and in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
  • Preference for three years of experience providing Occupational Therapy services, with experience in home health care.
