Key Responsibilities:
  1. Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure a smooth workflow.
  2. Schedule and confirm appointments with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service, greeting people and directing them to contacts or service areas.
  4. Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  5. Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient operations.
  6. Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and quality.
