At Maxworth Homes Ltd., we are seeking an experienced Office Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, with experience in tasks such as reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

The Office Operations Coordinator will also be responsible for co-ordinating and planning for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.

Additionally, the successful candidate will assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.

The Office Operations Coordinator will work in a fast-paced environment and must have strong attention to detail.

Key qualifications include:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
  • Strong background in administration
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
