Job Description

Swift Medical Inc is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team.

About the Role
  • We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our product marketing efforts and drive business growth.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the healthcare technology industry and a proven track record in developing and executing successful product marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
  • Product Launch Planning
    • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches and updates.
    • Coordinate with sales teams to ensure successful product launches and market penetration.
  • Product Positioning and Messaging
    • Collaborate with product management to define product positioning and value propositions.
    • Develop and maintain compelling marketing materials, including product information, presentations, case studies, and whitepapers.
  • Market Research and Analysis
    • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
    • Analyze market data to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Sales Support and Enablement
    • Develop and maintain sales collateral, including battle cards, sales scripts, and competitive analysis.
    • Provide the sales team with the tools and training needed to effectively sell and support our products.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, client success, clinical, and marketing teams.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in product marketing in healthcare, preferably to enterprises and providers.
  • Strong understanding of market research techniques and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling messages.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics software.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
