About the Role

This Senior Product Marketing Manager position at WatchGuard Technologies will be responsible for leading the marketing efforts for our Endpoint Security products. The successful candidate will work closely with the Product Manager and cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive sales success and product line growth.

A Day in the Life

The ideal candidate will start their day by reviewing market trends and competitor activity. They will then attend meetings with the Product Manager and other stakeholders to discuss product launches, marketing campaigns, and sales enablement initiatives. The candidate will also spend time developing marketing content, including product positioning statements, sales collateral, and training materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive sales success and product line growth.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to develop product positioning statements and sales collateral.
  • Develop and deliver training materials to sales teams and channel partners.
  • Plan and manage the launch of new products and releases.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B product marketing experience in the cybersecurity industry.
  • Experience in product marketing for endpoint security.
  • Experience working with IT Security professionals and Managed Service Providers.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in written and verbal forms.
  • Excellent storytelling and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
