About the RoleWe're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bell Captain to join our team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience, and making necessary deliveries to and from guest rooms.
Key Responsibilities- Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure
- Make necessary deliveries to and from guest rooms
- Extend guidance and training to bell persons
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a superior guest experience
- Handle guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality
- Previous hotel experience required
- Knowledge of or experience with hotel computer systems and programs (Opera)
- College/University degree
- Fluent English (written, spoken and reading)
- Strong crisis management skills
- Strong commitment to service
- Ability to sit, stand and walk up to 8 hours
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds
