About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bell Captain to join our team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable experience during their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
- Deliver exceptional service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Provide guidance and training to bell persons, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Manage guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality, resolving complaints and addressing guest concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
- Previous hotel experience required, with a strong background in guest services and hospitality.
- Knowledge of hotel computer systems and programs, with experience in Opera preferred.
- College or university degree, with a focus on hospitality or a related field.
- Fluent English language skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong crisis management skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong commitment to service excellence.
- Valid Canadian work permit required.
