Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Optical Team Lead to join our team at Luxottica. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of care and attention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales and service associates, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their goals and objectives.
  • Store Operations: Assist in the management of store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to sales and service associates, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a retail or customer service role, with a focus on optical or eyewear sales.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: ABO certification or state licensure (if applicable).
