Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Optical Team Lead to join our team at Luxottica. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure that customers are delighted with their experience.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve store success and exceptional results.
  • Optical Processes: Manage key optical processes and systems to ensure that customers receive high-quality eyewear.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop sales associates to strengthen their knowledge and skills in optical technology and sales techniques.
  • Store Operations: Assist in the achievement of store success by managing store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Strong optical and retail experience, including knowledge of current optical theory and merchandise.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, basic math skills, sales skills, problem-solving ability, and leadership and training experience.
  • Certifications: State licensure (if applicable) and/or ABO Certification in non-licensed states, LensCrafters Final Eyewear Inspector Certification, and AccuFit Digital Measurement System certification.
