**About the Role**

The Optical Team Lead is a key member of the BonLook team, responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences in the optical department. As a leader on the floor, you will be accountable for ensuring that all optical areas of the retail business are fulfilled.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Act as a leader on the floor, supporting the team and creating a premium in-store experience.
  • Mobilize and inspire the team to achieve business goals.
  • Demonstrate best-in-class customer service and lead by example on the sales floor.
  • Be a stylist and a coach on the floor, providing expert advice on eyewear and fashion trends.
  • Exceed sales goals by delivering information on the brand, the mission, and product features to customers.
  • Responsible for training new employees on all aspects of the business, with a focus on optics and customer service.
  • Assist the store manager by offering ongoing training to employees and providing feedback on performance.
  • Represent the BonLook brand, reflecting company values and brand image at all times.

**Optical Responsibilities**

  • Comfortable explaining eyewear prescriptions and ensuring accurate measurements.
  • Verify that finished eyewear meets BonLook standards and customer requirements.
  • Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and gather feedback for the merchandising team.

**Requirements**

  • Must be a Licensed Optician in good standing with the College of Opticians.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
  • Passionate about fashion, eyewear, and the retail industry.
  • Great at communicating clearly and effectively.
  • Extremely detail-oriented and a master at time management.
  • Cool under pressure.
