About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Associate to join our team in North Bay. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our clients.
Job Summary:
The Business Development Associate will be responsible for servicing incoming contacts from clients, advisors, and other internal and external partners. This includes providing administrative support to Investment Advisors, preparing client reviews and presentations, and following up on client trades to ensure proper settlement and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Servicing incoming contacts from clients, advisors, and other internal and external partners
- Providing administrative support to Investment Advisors
- Preparing client reviews and presentations
- FOLLOWING UP ON CLIENT TRADES TO ENSURE PROPER SETTLEMENT AND DELIVERY
- Requesting information and documentation from clients to open accounts and keep client files up to date
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need related experience in customer service and a professional setting. You must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. A progressive approach to education, skill-building, and professional experience is also essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education (college or university)
- CSC, CPH (in progress or completion within one year)
- Relevant experience in the financial sector and knowledge of daily market development

Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 per annum, plus additional benefits and incentives. The exact salary may vary based on qualifications and experience.
