Senior Sales Growth Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and maximize profitability within our client's team in Mississauga. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding market presence in Ontario using a consultative approach.
Key Responsibilities:- New Business Development: Identify target sectors such as chemical manufacturing, distribution, oil and gas, general manufacturing, and agricultural chemicals.
- Customer Retention & Growth: Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a business development strategy aimed at increasing market share, achieving sales targets, and maximizing revenue growth.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new trends, business opportunities, and emerging markets for products and services.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in regulatory compliance, packaging, or industrial sectors.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to hazardous materials, packaging, and workplace safety.
- Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions clearly to diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
