Key Responsibilities:
- Process payments and transactions accurately, ensuring compliance with internal controls and procedures.
- Ensure all transactions and processes comply with relevant regulatory requirements, including tax implications and legislative guidelines.
- Review and verify the accuracy of processed data, ensuring all records are up-to-date and meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with other team members, especially during the initial training phase, to learn processes and ensure smooth operations.
- Identify areas of risk in operations and escalate them to management when necessary.
- Actively engage in identifying opportunities to streamline processes and suggest improvements where possible.
Requirements:
- 2 years of banking/finance experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Detail-oriented and excellent communication skills
