Operations Officer II

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Officer II to join the Wealth Shared Services team. This role is designed to support high volumes during peak season. The Operations Officer will work in a hybrid capacity, with mandatory onsite days on Mondays and Tuesdays.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth operational processes, maintaining high service levels, and supporting both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Address and resolve customer problems using established procedures and escalate when necessary.
- Act as a subject matter expert within your area, offering guidance to partners as needed.
- Complete assigned tasks with accuracy and within established standards.
- Contribute to audits by following audit and process guidelines.
- Identify areas of risk and escalate concerns as necessary.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in an operations or back-office role with a focus on efficiency and attention to detail.
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
- Prior experience in handling back-office tasks, ensuring the accuracy of processes, and maintaining records.
