Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement programs that align with our organizational goals and objectives
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and supervision of program staff
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective program delivery
  • Monitor program outcomes and make data-driven decisions to improve performance
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a related field (e.g., social work, education, or a related field)
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in program development and management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
