We currently have an exciting opportunity for you to explore as Workplace Education & Training Coordinator in Kentville region.

**About Our Opportunity**:
As the Workplace Education & Training Coordinator, a key part of your role will be working in partnership with business, industry, labour and educational practitioners to support the skill development and training needed to succeed in our competitive and ever-changing workforce.

This position reports to the Manager, Workplace Education & Training in the Workplace Initiatives Division.

**Primary Accountabilities**:

- Working directly with employers and business associations to assess training needs and support workforce training;
- Promoting, setting-up and coordinating essential business skills programs to support re-skilling and up-skilling the current workforce;
- Assisting in the development and provision of resources, including customized workplace essential skills curricula; and
- Facilitating monitoring and professional development for workplace education practitioners.

**Qualifications and Experience**:
You also have effective interpersonal, communication, public speaking, presentation, and facilitation skills. You exercise good judgment, diplomacy, and tact. You have experience and working knowledge of business, industry, and labour needs.

We will assess the above qualifications using one or more of the following tools: written examination, standardized tests, oral presentations, interview(s), and reference checks.

**Salary Range**: $2,543.38 - $3,091.70 Bi-Weekly
