Liquor Store Manager

At Rayzr's Pub, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our liquor store.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and allocate tasks to sales staff to ensure optimal store performance.
- Authorize Payments: Process payments by cheque in a timely and accurate manner.
- Order Merchandise: Source and procure liquor products to meet customer demand.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for sales staff to ensure adequate coverage.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges in a professional and courteous manner.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the activities of sales staff, including training and performance management.
- Manage Cash: Handle cash transactions and maintain a secure and accurate cash handling process.
- Supervise Office and Volunteer Staff: Provide guidance and support to office and volunteer staff to ensure seamless store operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail or liquor store environment.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, organized, initiative, and ability to multitask.
