Liquor Store Manager

At Rayzr's Pub, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and maintaining a well-stocked and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient workflow
- Authorize payments by cheque and manage cash transactions
- Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels
- Establish work schedules and supervise office and volunteer staff
- Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner
- Organize and maintain inventory, including tracking stock levels and rotating stock
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail or supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Organized and detail-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction
