Liquor Store Manager

At Rayzr's Pub, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our liquor store, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and allocate tasks to our sales team to ensure optimal productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Authorize Payments: Process payments by cheque, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Order Merchandise: Source and procure high-quality liquor products to meet customer demands and maintain inventory levels.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for our sales team, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing labor costs.
- Resolve Issues: Proactively address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Implement and maintain an efficient inventory management system, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Lead and motivate our sales team, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage Cash: Oversee cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy and security.
- Supervise Office and Volunteer Staff: Provide guidance and support to our office and volunteer staff, ensuring seamless integration with our retail operations.
As a Liquor Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising 5-10 team members, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure their success.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:This role requires working in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You must be able to maintain attention to detail and multitask effectively.
