Liquor Store Manager

At Rayzr's Pub, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our liquor store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and assign tasks to our sales team to ensure that all areas of the store are covered and that customers receive prompt and courteous service.
- Authorize Payments: Process payments and manage cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy and security.
- Order Merchandise: Coordinate with our purchasing team to ensure that our store is stocked with a wide selection of products and that inventory levels are maintained.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure that our store is adequately staffed during peak periods.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise in a professional and courteous manner.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Oversee the organization and maintenance of our inventory to ensure that products are accurately stocked and that inventory levels are maintained.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our sales team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Manage Cash: Manage cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy and security.
- Supervise Office and Volunteer Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our office and volunteer staff to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, organized, initiative, ability to multitask.
