Liquor Store Manager

At Rayzr's Pub, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our liquor store, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
- Authorize payments by cheque and maintain accurate financial records.
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Establish work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize waste.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of sales workers and office staff.
- Manage cash and maintain a secure and organized cash handling process.
- 5-10 years of experience in a retail or liquor store environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team and interact with customers.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to maintain accurate records and meet sales targets.
Our liquor store operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to maintain a high level of accuracy in their work.

- Excellent oral communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
- Organized and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Initiative to take ownership of tasks and projects.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
The ideal candidate will have 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail or liquor store environment, with a strong understanding of sales principles and customer service.
This is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week in a fast-paced environment. The language of work is English.
