Store Operations Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Savers / Value Village. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving store success and developing your team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales and customer service goals
- Manage store operations, including inventory, visual merchandising, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals
